Exchange and return policy
What is the timeframe for an exchange?
The return law for digital commerce establishes a period of 14 days to return items purchased once the product has been received.
Can Betelgeuse Studio does not accept exchanges or returns on made-to-order products except in cases of goods damaged during transport.
Currently, all our pieces are made to order, meaning the customer selects glaze, fabric, color… therefore, they are considered personalized and neither exchanges nor returns are accepted.
If any added product is not considered made-to-order, this will be indicated.
The same applies to lampshades: they are specifically sewn and finished to order. Please pay attention to the size you choose. If you make a mistake with the size, it cannot be exchanged, as the shade will have been sewn especially for you. And if you have any doubts, contact us — we’ll be happy to advise you with the measurements.
In the case of damaged goods, you have a period of 24 hours from the moment the delivery company notifies delivery — that is, delivery to the recipient, an authorized person, or a pickup point — to inform the company of the damage caused.
Once 24 hours have passed, Can Betelgeuse Studio is not responsible, as traceability is lost regarding what may have occurred after the goods have been delivered.
How is an exchange processed?
The first step is to contact us via email at info@canbetelgeuse.com so we can provide the address to which you must return the goods. You must send us photos so we can assess what has happened to the product.
Products must be sent in the same condition in which they were delivered and in their original packaging. It is important that products are perfectly packed along with a copy of the delivery note. Exchanges will not be accepted for products that are not sent with their original packaging.
We will send the transport company to the indicated address to collect the item.
Once the items have been received and it has been verified that the above conditions are met, we will proceed to exchange the product for another identical to the one you purchased. Exchanges for a different color or model will not be accepted.
Shipping costs for returns are covered by Can Betelgeuse Studio. We are truly sorry for anything that may have happened and will do our best to send you the new product as quickly as possible.
