DETAILS

Manises lamp is made entirely by hand.

It is named after Ceres, the Roman goddess of agriculture and good harvests, in honour of the first ceramic pieces to appear in Manises, which date back to the Roman Empire (4th century BC).

The ceramic bowl features different types of fruit, including apples, lemons, pears, strawberries, blueberries and bananas. It has a washed wood base. It has a braided natural jute cable and an aged gold cap.

As each piece is handmade, each one is unique. This is a patented design. By purchasing it, you agree not to infringe industrial property rights.

MATERIALS AND CARE

This is a handcrafted ceramic table lamp.

Each piece of fruit is individually crafted using a mould that has been cut out and hollowed so that it does not explode in the kiln.

The piece is then fired in an old gas kiln using the original process, which gives it texture and celebrates the beauty of imperfection and craftsmanship.
This artisanal process ensures that each piece is unique, with an imperfect style full of character.
